Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
